Exercise Options

For any question regarding Stake exercise, contact Katie Moss or Jessica Anderson at the Stake. All exercise classes and groups are FREE!!!

Jazz and Dance Class - Tuesday 7:30 pm, taught by Jacquie Carter
If you want a fun way of exercisign or escaping your busy life this class is for you! Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel.

Yoga - Wednesday 7:30 pm, taught by a professional Yoga instructor
Bring a mat or towel and a water bottle and come get your down dog perfected :)

Womens Basketball - Thursdays at 6:30 or 7:45

Cardio and Weights - Friday 10 a.m., taught by Whitney Gomez
Using free weights and resistance training every muscel will get a workout! Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel.

Running Group - Monday and Wednesday 7 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m., lead by our very own Stefi Dursteler
Meet at the church

Running/Walking daily at 6:15a.m. in the ward gym--contact Shannon Oler or Candace Little with questions

***Children are welcome to come to exercise classes. There will be a movie and games when available.
