Peanut Butter Wheat Cookies

These cookies are extra nutty with the flavor from whole wheat flour. Niki Meyers brought these to our food storage/meal planning activity. They are soft and moist and freeze well.


Peanut Butter Cookies

From: Niki Myers

1 C. Butter

1 C. Peanut Butter

½ C. Sugar

½ C. Brown sugar

1 egg

½ tsp. vanilla

½ C. wheat flour

½ C. AP flour

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Baking Soda

Cream first 2 ingredients, add sugars and mix. Add egg and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients. Bake at 350ºF for 8 minutes.
